Club members performing tests are required to trial the product and fill out a detailed two-page report form evaluating the tested item. Two-thirds of the testers must recommend and approve a product to receive the National Home Gardening Club Seal of Approval. (Dyna-Gro received an astounding 98% approval!) The manufacturer then receives a published report with the evaluation reports for their records. An article showing how their product was rated is published in the magazine. Also the manufacturer receives, if they pass, the right to display THE MEMBER TESTED & RECOMMENDED SEAL OF APPROVAL for their tested product.
